As External Director, I coordinated a Halloween-themed clothing sale that attracted over 300 attendees and featured six clothing vendors, including Depop, two food vendors (Tostilocos and baked goods from a partner student organization, Baked), and a live DJ. We partnered with a nearby coffee shop to create a signature Ube Matcha drink exclusively for guests and collaborated with Good Molecules, who provided complimentary PR products for attendees. A day before the event when we saw that rain was expected, I quickly adapted, contacting all vendors to seamlessly relocate from the outdoor courtyard to the indoor lobby space. I helped manage vendor outreach and communication, ensuring each partner was well-prepared and aligned with the event vision. On the day of the event, I was on site for setup and takedown, overseeing logistics to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for both vendors and guests. The event was successful by bringing over $1000 in profits for vendors and creating a happy and enjoyable experience for all who attended.
