At the Modern Luxury Power Players event, I supported event operations from pre-event setup through post-event breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for guests, honorees, and key stakeholders while maintaining a strong relationship with the venue team. I assisted with guest check-in and registration, collaborated cross-functionally with vendors and internal teams, and supported F&B coordination to ensure service ran smoothly and that venue staff were fully prepared with no unexpected operational surprises. I also managed last-minute logistical needs and real-time problem solving, helping maintain event flow and ensuring the program and overall guest experience felt polished and effortless.
