At the Summer Serve Modern Luxury event at Galleria Marchetti, I supported the execution of a high-profile experiential event featuring interactive pickleball activations, curated food and beverage offerings, and brand partnerships with Howard Orloff Land Rover Chicago, OWL Sport, Butter & Vine, Stella Artois, and Good Trouble Bourbon. I assisted with vendor coordination and on-site setup, assembled curated VIP gift bags, and provided operational support across multiple event touchpoints to ensure a seamless guest experience. My role required strong attention to detail, adaptability, and collaboration with vendors and the events team to help deliver a polished and memorable brand activation.
